For JC, baking started as a love for creating comforting breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes that bring people together. What began as experimenting with recipes quickly became a deeper passion for the craft of baking — the patience of working with dough, the creativity of new flavours, and the magic of turning simple ingredients into something special.

But at the heart of Pappa Bakes is family. Much of the inspiration comes from JC’s twin boys, Luka and Liam, who are often the first tasters, critics, and enthusiastic helpers in the kitchen. Baking together has become a way of sharing stories, making memories, and passing on the joy of creating something by hand.
